About this tea

Whole leaf black tea from the Himalayan foothills, made the orthodox way, rolled rather than crushed. A lighter, more fragrant black tea that's lovely without milk.

How to brew
  • Hot 2.5g of leaf to 200ml of water at 95°C. Steep 3 to 4 min.
  • Iced Double the leaf, steep as usual, then pour over a full glass of ice.
  • With milk Steep a minute longer, then add warm milk to taste.
  • Again Re-steep the same leaf 2 times or more, adding 30 seconds each time.
Pouch, keepsake tin and sizes

Pouches come in 20g, 50g, 100g, 250g and 500g, and each gram costs less as the pouch grows. Keepsake tins come in 50g, 100g and 250g for ₹100 more, with your name on the label if you like. Keep the tin and refill it with a pouch.

Brew it like this

  1. 2.5gOf leaf for a 200ml cup. A heaped teaspoon.
  2. 95°CJust off the boil.
  3. 3 to 4 minThen strain. Taste, and adjust next time.
