Terms of service

These terms govern your use of maisonkettle.com and any purchase from The Maison Kettle Company. Placing an order means you accept them.

Products and batches

Our teas are produced in small numbered batches. Flavour varies between batches by design, and batches sell out without notice. Product images show the current batch's packaging; minor variations can occur. Tins display net weight, batch number, packing date, and best-before date.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. We may cancel an order where a listing contained an obvious pricing error, where payment fails, or where we suspect fraud; in each case anything you paid is refunded in full. An order confirmation email is our acceptance of your order.

Discounts

Discount codes apply per their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited to one use per customer. We may withdraw a code that is being abused.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no interfering with other customers, no attempts to breach security. We may refuse service where these terms are broken.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Tea is a natural product; check the label for allergen and storage guidance.

Intellectual property

The Maison Kettle name, wordmark, tin designs, photography, and site content are ours. Please ask before reusing them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY — counsel to confirm] have jurisdiction.
