Orders and shipping

How long until my order ships?

Orders are packed from the current batch and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 1,500. Below that, the exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No. Each order is packed from a limited numbered batch and enters the packing queue immediately, so we cannot cancel or edit it once placed. Please check your cart carefully before checkout.

Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Our teas are packed in small numbered batches and sealed for freshness, and we cannot restock opened or returned food products. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Full details are in our refund policy.

Our tea

What does the batch number on my tin mean?

Every harvest we buy is tinned as one numbered batch, with the garden, region, and plucking window recorded on the tin and on each product page. When a batch sells out, it is gone until the next harvest. You can browse past and current batches in the batch log.

How should I store my tea?

Keep the tin sealed, away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong smells. Whole-leaf tea keeps its character for months when stored well. There is no need to refrigerate.

How do I brew it?

Each product page carries brewing notes for that specific tea. As a starting point, use freshly boiled water for black teas and slightly cooler water for green and floral teas, and taste at the shorter end of the suggested steeping time first.
