Where we ship

We currently ship across India. International shipping isn't available yet; join the newsletter and we'll say so loudly when it is.

Costs

Orders of Rs. 1,500 and above ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your pincode and shown before you pay.

Timing

We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode, and remote pincodes can take a little longer. You'll receive tracking by email (and SMS where available) the moment your order leaves us.

Because our teas are packed in small batches, an item can occasionally sell out between your order and dispatch. If that happens we'll contact you within one business day with the choice of the next batch, an alternative, or a full refund.

Packaging

Tins ship in recycled paperboard cartons sized to the tin. No plastic fill.

Wrong or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or something's missing or wrong, photograph the parcel as received and write to shop@maisonkettle.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund; we may ask for the photos but we won't ask you to courier anything back at your cost.

Address changes

We can change a delivery address until the order is dispatched. After dispatch we'll try with the courier, but can't guarantee it.
