Shipping
The House Five and named tin sets ship within 48 hours. They are our staples, kept ready and packed by hand.
Custom blends and teas from the wider Tea Room ship within 10 days. They are blended, weighed or brought in from the garden for your order, so they reach you fresh.
Shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹999. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.
Returns
Tea is food, so we can't take back opened packs. But if anything arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered or simply isn't right, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
