About this tea

An oolong from the Darjeeling hills, halfway between green and black. Fragrant and fruity, with a long, soft finish. Every steep tastes a little different.

How to brew
  • Hot 3.0g of leaf to 200ml of water at 90°C. Steep 3 to 5 min.
  • Iced Double the leaf, steep as usual, then pour over a full glass of ice.
  • Again Re-steep the same leaf 4 times or more, adding 30 seconds each time.
Pouch, keepsake tin and sizes

Pouches come in 20g, 50g, 100g, 250g and 500g, and each gram costs less as the pouch grows. Keepsake tins come in 50g, 100g and 250g for ₹100 more, with your name on the label if you like. Keep the tin and refill it with a pouch.

Brew it like this

  1. 3.0gOf leaf for a 200ml cup. A heaped teaspoon.
  2. 90°CLet the kettle rest a few minutes first.
  3. 3 to 5 minThen strain. Taste, and adjust next time.
